Post Pandemic Stress Debriefing for Frontline Workers (PPSD)
Cathay Psychological Institute is establishing Chinese language Post Pandemic Stress Debriefing (PPSD) program to address compassion fatigue and vicarious psychological trauma frontline workers are expected to endure in the performance of their duties.
Our approach systematically incorporates evidence-based and proven intervention strategies and techniques with a digital delivery format accessible to any mobile subscriber.
Cathay PPSD provides organizational support and consultation
to enhance employee mental wellness.
Asking your employee to maintain high performance under extended duress is akin to asking a champion chess player to engage in a competition with one hand in a pot of progressively boring water. However masterful the player maybe, competence shall diminish eventually.
At Cathay, our compassionate care providers are acutely aware of the mental anguish and fatigue frontline workers endure in the performance of their duties. We are committed to the healing of healers so that they may return to their duties anew.
